Anquilla, known in Japan as トグナギ (Togunagi), is a Water/Poison-type Pokémon. It evolved from Bipeduff at level 36 and is the final evolution of Surchin.
Biology[]
Anquilla is a twelve-segmented eel, with each spherical segment covered in dozens of curved spikes. Between its second and third segment are its arms placed, which were first its fins. It has orange arms, each with three thorny fingers and a spur-like thumb. Its elbow is topped with a spike as well. Its fifth segment contains its legs. Like its arms, its legs are orange and have three spike toes.
As of the sixth segment, its segments begin to color more like the color indigo. These segments were once its tailfin, and are now its tail. The twelfth segment is a little bit flatter than the rest of the segments and is also less spiky.
Its face contains two spiky appendages above its eyes that seem to act as some sort of eyebrows. Its eyes always seem to look angry. Its sclera is dark indigo and its pupils are long. Its irises are red.
Like its previous evolutions, Anquilla's upper lip is covered in spikes.
It also has a powerful tail. It can cause avalanches with it by smacking it onto the ledge of mountains of icebergs. Underwater ruins would collapse when smacked hard with its tail. Unlike the previous evolutions, it is an extremely savage Pokémon. Being close to it is extremely dangerous, as it may harm anyone in its area. It eats various kinds of fish, which it seeks by itself.
